I liked feathers as a kid, I didn't really collect them but I had a "lucky feather". I don't know where I got it in my head it was lucky, but kids believe all kinds of things.
Last time I saw a stray feather? I really couldn't say. An couch pillow at my friend's spilled feathers sometimes, if that counts.
