If NC characters were to be in Super Smash Bros., what kinds of moves would you give them?
Fred the Spanyard:
B - Deathray
B> - Backdrop
B^ - Flight
BV - Death Radiation
FS - Nuclear Deathray

Honestly, an NC Super Smash Bros. game would be insane (literally). Unfortunately, I haven't kept up with Neglected Characters in a while so I wouldn't suggest any moves. Although I can say this would make for a good fan game if not suggested to a company via petition.

Captain Churro
B - hop
B> - Fly away
B^ - Fall from sky attack
BV - Say somthing akward
FS - Randomly use a B attack only it's much more powerful
A-Peck

Bill the Extra Guy
B -The Extra attack
B> -"Al Gore?"(Words appear on screen and hit the closest person)
B^ -Fly Up (can hover as long a you want)
BV –Carpet Deflect(uses his carpet like Mario’s cape)
FS -Super Extra Attack (does lot's of damage, and freezes the people hit)

You forgot the most important attack of all - the Extreme Closeup. The flutter hop should be a taunt.
