Favorite moments in video games *Spoilers*?
What is your favorite moment in video games? Me? Probably Sprite's death at the end of Secret of Mana, or the plane scene in Zak McKraken and the Alien Mindbenders, or the Workbots going on strike in Septerra core.

Anyways, I have too many favorite moments, but a random picking is when Faust, in one of his endings in Guilty Gear X2, was giving a speech to Venom about how, even though he couldn't atone for his past sins after losing the life of a patient even though it wasn't his fault, he would continue doctoring instead of killing because he knew he was needed somewhere for doctoring, and had purpose in his life.

Or perhaps this scene from Anji's ending #2. *Everybody facefaults*

After much thought, I have determined my favorite moment of all video gaming. I give you a quick conversation from the first Phantasy Star...
Damor: I am the Great Damor, Soothsayer! Do you believe in my prophecies?
Alis: No.
-A Genius (Honorable mentions include running away from SA-X in Metroid Fusion, getting screwed up endings in Chrono Trigger, and beating the final boss in pretty much any game that has a final boss. And Damor rules.)

The ending to Paper Mario was touching. It was sad when Twink had to leave, and I saw the parade at the end, where everyone you meet (including the bosses) appear and do their stuff. I thought it was funny when the Yoshi kids (the kids who get lost on Lavalava Isle) licked Huff N. Puff into nothing but a Mini-Puff. Then, Gourmet Guy ate him. Also, it was funny when Jr. Troopa and Kammy were fighting and accidentally roasted up a steamed-up Bowser. Ah, well. They learned their lesson. And it was toasty (literally)!
Also, Shadows of the Empire. Dash (the guy you play) didn't make it out of Prince Xizor's dang "space station" when he blew it up! But, he gave the Rebel Alliance a computer he found in that "Imperial Freighter Suprosa" level. That revealed the evil prince's scheme to the rebels, and made sure that Xizor would be forever ruined. The thing I don't get is that you don't get to kill Xizor and Guri, yet in Jedi Starfighter, you get to kill Cavik Toth and Lieutenant Bella. What gives?

Super Mario RPG's ending. Probably the first game I ever beat. The star person leaves Geno's body and ascends to Star Road. Life goes on. Bowser and his cronies repair the castle, Mallow returns to Nimbus Land, Croco, Boshi, and the other yoshis race on Yo'ster Island, and Booster and Valentina get married, followed by the parade and fireworks. Remember The Lazy Shell? Those were the good ol' days...
The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past. After a long battle, Gannon is finally vanquished, and peace returns to Hyrule. The Return of the King.
The Loyal Sage. Sahasrahla's Homecoming.
Vultures Rule the Desert. The Bully Makes a Friend. Your Uncle Recovers. Flippers For Sale.
The Witch and the Assistant. Twin Lumberjacks.
Flute Boy Plays Again. Venus, Queen of Faries.
The Dwarven Swordsmiths. The Bug-Catching Kid.
The Lost Old Man. .The Forest Thief. And the Master Sword Sleeps Again... Forever!
Also, the final battle in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Zelda lives up to her name and helps you defeat Gannon in a one-one sword duel. Could have been a whole lot better, but its still memorable.

In the Lashiec fight in Phantasy Star IV, the combination of the music and Lashiec's standing animation (billowing cape and flashing eyes) has actually put me into a trance a few times.
----------
Slash's ending in Waku Waku 7. Probably the funniest ending of the seven. (Haven't a CLUE what's going on in Politank-Z's ending)
----------
If you choose to marry Sara in Phantasy Star III (when you have Ayn), the dialogue sounds like:
Ayn: Oh, Sara, my one and only true love even though I've known you for an hour. Will you marry me, my little peach?
Sara: Eh. Whatever floats your boat.
I was laughing so hard after that.
----------
And if you choose Lyle's daughter (don't remember her name. Been a while since I've played that pile of monkey puke), Lyle, who died earlier in the scenario, returns to bless the two of you.
----------
My first few minutes on Simpsons Road Rage.
----------
Earlier today, I chose Sunday Drive mode on Road Rage and kept slamming a Goofball into a wall.
What do these Skitty find so facinating? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Go there to find out what facinates them so much!
