I will take out Vaati and have him cast his normal. I can add chips and put toys on standby on the 2nd turn? Either way, it shouldn't be a big deal for me yet.

Vaati started with 60 health, so he should have 40 health left right?

Also without taking action yet: Am I allowed to put someone on standby now and equip a chip to that person on standby AND attack with my current toy?

@Blake: Oh, yeah. I did +5 damage for elemental, but then I realized that doesn't make any sense, but then I took that away, and forgot to edit what I put as Vaati's HP.

Yes, you can place one Toy on Standby, use one Chip, and attack once.
