This is the supreme headquarters of the UN. Only a select few can be on the council. Those who are allowed to be on the council are: myself, Sir Kamek, Sir Lupus, Sir Napoleon, Great Luigi, Fred In Bed, Sir Black Mage and RealGTX. You may apply for membership, but if your application is rejected, the penalty is death.

The purpose of the UN HQ is to settle your idiotic issues. Why are we doing this? Because without us your civilization will surely crumble into dust and anarchy will reign supreme. I shall represent the great Poland. Bring before us your problems and with our immaculate wisdom they shall be solved.

I motion that A Genius be given a post at the UN Council.

EDIT: A Genius may only be given a post if he impersonates another dictator. Sir Napoleon of W3isheit is not one who anyone may impersonated.
