What's new in Animal Crossing: Wild World

Here's all the stuff we currently know about ACWW, that makes if different from the GC version:

-Action takes place on the bottom screen, where you can use the stylus for moving accross the land, typing, easy inventory management, and many more.
-The top screen shows the sky, where you can see floating presents, Pelliper the mailman, and constellations that you can create, at night.
-Many of your favorite and not-so favorite NPCs(Non-Playable Characters) return, such as Tom Nook, K.K. Slider, Officer Copper, etc.
-Your hairstyle can be changed.
-New furniture, bugs, fish, and villiagers.
-Up to 4 players can come and play, trade in your town at once, either through local play and Nintendo WiFi Connection.
-You can send letters and items to other people through NWC, even if they're not online at the moment.
-There's no NES games to collect. :(
-You can put your house anywhere in the villiage, and you don't have to go back to it to Save & Quit.
-No more grid system.
-Instead of a Dump, they have a recycle bin at Town Hall.
-Town Hall has two more floors. One is a coffee shop, where you can... well, buy coffee. This is where you come to see K.K. Slider play on saturdays. The 2nd floor, you'll find Blathers' wife, who is the one you see to look at the night's sky and make constellations.
-You no longer need to send your fossils through the mail. You can give them directly to Blathers.

I'll update it whenever new info is released.

http://www.animal-crossing.com/wildworld/ New official site.

Either Nintendo is using the account info I'm logged in with, or that gray bear shares the same name as me. =O

http://www.n-next.com/index.php?subacti ... om=&ucat=2&

-You get a slingshot
-You don't have to go back to the house to save your game
-not only can you change what the NPCs say at the end of their sentences, but their greetings as well.
-The NPCs will have constant friends/enemies in the game
-The NPCs will have you do tasks that are a little more specific than "omg get my pikach00 bak plz"
-Not only can the patterns you make be used for clothes, wallpaper, etc., you can even make custom landscape, outside of your home.
-There's a lot more flowers available, that you have to water with a watering can. You can earn prizes if your garden is well kept.
-You can get a default storage system for up to 90 items
-There's only one human house, but up to 4 people can live in it. If they decide to get their own DS and copy of ACWW, they can transfer their data to the new cart.
-There are many new holidays in the game, such as the bimonthly 'La-Di-Da Day', where "critters get all American Idol on you and perform songs, hoping you'll select one as the town tune."
-There are special flea market days, where you can go into the NPCs homes, and buy one of their pieces of furnature
-If you connect with other people over WiFi, some NPCs might move to the othere people's towns, and talk about you.
-Your house can be a lot bigger than the GC's version

Well, it's one of those games where you either love it or hate it. I suggest maybe buying/borrowing the Gamecube version, to see if it's something you'd enjoy.

You don't really make a town. You do about five inane things in it over and over.
