he's appeared in my town a lot for the last few weeks. and everytime I have him give me stuff, he gives me a rare item. a standing stone(Redd item) and office flooring(Saharah) are amongst those items. Maybe Punch Out isnt so so far away...

^ not true. my town is nearly perfect, and he appears a lot. as for my weed-ridden second town, he only has appeared once.
