Make a character without a house(no more moving!)

I've discovered a way to create a character without a house!
1. Start out by creating a normal character. After you've gone through all of Tom's chores, put a non-AC memory card into the second slot and take your new character on a trip.
2. Remove the non-AC memory card, and reenter your town as the new character, even though it says you'll lose all your items. Save the game.
3. Delete the new character's house. He's now permanently living on the non-AC memory card! To play as him, just put it in the second slot!
The biggest bonus to this is that you can use this new character to run between towns. After his first visit he will never cause anyone to move again! I've also found this trick useful for creating a character for younger siblings and cousins that want to play. It avoids the pain of them starting up their own house, or messing up your character, but it still allows them to save what they've done.
