If only Halloween was closer. See, I never did this, but it's my suggestion. Time travel to Halloween, and put all of your items in your house. Next, wear one of your patterns. Talk to villagers for them to turn your pattern your wearing into a patch shirt. You'll still have the pattern. Wear the pattern again and let them turn it into a patch shirt or turn your original patch shirt into a Jack-o-Lantern or Jack-in-the-Box. Repeat and fill your house with only Jack-o-Lanterns and boxes. You'll get lotsa points. More than enough for the House and Manor model. More tips? Go to askKolorado.com

Line your walls with lucky items and fill your house with as much nitendo stuff that you can find. When I moved all my nes stuff out of my basement my score jumped 40,000 points. If you fill both upstairs and your main floor with this stuff you'll break 100,000 easy.

The Tabanata Palm is probably fairly cheap to order, I'd suggest geting a few more of them. It can't hurt.
This would probably take forever, but in my upstairs Nes room, I've thought about putting anything that could sit on a table on it's own "? block". In the end I decided against it because it's basicly cheating and I wasn't sure I would even like the way it lookes. Still I'm sure if I did my point value would spike way passed 100,000. An option if all else fails...

Yeah, follow my tip. Except you have to change the time.>_< Don't worry. I'll come up with something retarded but that works.

Did you know that Nes games work for Feng Shui? Just put as many rare items possible in your house. Or fill it with Feng Shui. As for a layout, I got a annoying, but better idea. Use the code for the coin, Starman, or Koopa shell a lot of times. Then, fill your house with them!

Well, my house is full of Rare items so you need to aim on that. Just do the Coin, Starman, or Koopa shell trick.
If you want a layout, my house is a boxing theme. My upstairs is full of rare model items.
