Some miscellaneous questions

Firstly, thanks in advance for any and all answers.

1: Are stormy shirts rare?

2: Do the fish with better prices come out later at night?

3: Since I now have the max number of villagers, how can I stop one from leaving?

4: Is Donkey Kong JR rare?

5: I recently put an entire T-rex on the side of my room. Will the HRA make me pay?

6: Do you need a balance with Feng Shui cause I have about five orange Feng Shui items up north, two or three green in the south and only one red and yellow.

7: When trying to dig up an X on the ground in acre C-5 I fell into a pitfall. I noticed on the bulletin board a treasure was buried in said acre. Is that a glitch, or do some villagers do that?

Edit: Thanks ALOT Crav, very helpful.
Anyways, I just realized: Do things planted on rainy days still grow? I was also wondering when it was easiest to catch coelancath, since I caught four or so around 4:30 and wanted to know if it was easier at 6.

1. No

2. Every fish has a different schedule, but in most cases the rare fish do become easier to catch in the evening or early morning.

3. You can't. The ones you're nice to are less likely to leave, but about every week and a half somebody will move out and a new villager will move in.

4. yes

5. It should give you a large bonus for it.

6. Nope. But you will get an even better score if you add more to the other sides.

7.The animals like to bury pitfalls. ;)

Anything else?

They can still grow when it's raining, but it's much less likely. If you want to plant a fruit tree on a rainy day I'd suggest cutting down another tree and planting it in it's place. Doing so will greatly increase the chance of it growing.
