Yeah, it's been anounced that it is in the game, but nobody knows how to get it yet.
Nintendo has stated that the more popular the game was, the harder it will be to get.

^I've read similiar things on Gfaqs too. Punchout, Ice climbers, Donkey Kong jr, and many others are E-CARD ONLY (punchout might be an exception though).
If anyone gets punchout, please put the code in 3 times, and then give the extra 2 away. Then that person can make 2 extra's and so on and so on.

Ahh...Thanks for the list but there's one problem.
The promotional games (Ice Climbers, LoZ, SMB, etc.) were secret in Japan until Nintendo announced they were in the game.
It's very reasonable to believe they would be kept secret in our version too. Basically, we have to wait.
