SoA is the best RPG from Sega I ever played. n_n And Jet Grind Radio and PSO was just plain fun and addicting. ^^

One of the only AWESOME games to come from Sega is Shenmue and is the best game from Sega or from anywhere. Yu Suzuki is a genius and because of that got the hall of fame for Shenmue 1 and 2. Phantasy Star Online? Come on!

Sonic 3 and Knuckles is pretty timeless, but I'd still say Phantasy Star IV or Skies of Arcadia has a more epic feel.
