In SA2B(im not sure about the one dreamcast)In Wild Canyon.Fly into the Wind Alter and when you get as high as you can go,fly to the ledge with two crates.Brake the crates.Look at the wall.Jump
and dig until a skeleton head pops out and it will float in mid-air(don't dig while climbing on the wall).
