Basically, list things you've done in RPGs that were... stupid!
In Chrono Trigger, I was stuck in the Undersea Palace for a while because I thought one of the staircases was a texture on the wall.
Similarily, in Golden Sun, I thought one of the staircases in the boat was a bunch of boxes. That was probably the most difficult moment in the game for me.
-A Genius (Oh, and the first time playing through Chrono Trigger, I lost 3 times in a row to Slash.)

For some reason, the first time I fought Bizzaro/Safer Sephiroth, I didn't think it would be the last battle. Therefore I still had my (very weak) double-growth weapons and armor equipped, as well as inferior grade materia so I could maximize AP.

I didn't pick up the Friggin cricket pie for frogfucius in SMRPG. And it is truly sad that it took probably 6 hours to figure it out. (Damn frogfucius and his wanting of snacks to cheer him up)

Golden Sun - TLA: Letting my little brother play. I had been going like four hours, and he writes over the file because he claims he doesn't know how the saving works even though he played GS(original).

Playing FFVI for three hours building up my teams levels and then forgetting to save it. ARRRRGGGHHHHHH... nearly died when I started it the next day!
Ummm... hook-shotting a re-dead to Link. Hugged me to death coz I didn't realise I was so low on hearts. Bah. Never did that again.

Golden Sun- I went to the Alpine Crossing without growth and couldn't go back through the forest to get it. I had to start ALL OVER.

In Paper Mario, I couldn't find the seed that was in the Forsaken Forest.
