RPG Debate: What RPG has supplied the best storyline + Characters and music for you?

This is going to be hard pick for some of you. It is for me! I'm torn between Tales of Phantasia and Fire Emblem 4: Seisen No Keifu( Genalogy Of Holy War)

I like ToP's battle system better than FE4's.
I like ToP's music better than FE4's!
The characters I can't decide...
The most important factor: I can't decide storylines! Both are so fresh and perfect!
