I challange anyone to Battle My OC Speed at the "The field of battle."

Rules:

you will have 10 lives
Healing is allowed but only twice
this challenge is for everyone and anyone


*Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong, this is my first Gunjin

*My OC is already in the "The Book of Warriors (Character Profiles) "

"Lives" are not a concept we use.

Aside from that, as you already chose your character, it would be best to post your entrance, as there are a few of us who care very little about bios.

Both The Book of Warriors, and the Book of Battlefields are not easy way outs. They are there for a helping hand. Not, "Go look at A and go look at B if you want to know what's going on."

Alright this is the fighter I will be useing

Name: Spedios The Hedgehog A.K.A. Speed

Race: Hedgehog

Occupation: Bounty Hunter

Personality: Cold and reserved but willing to do anything for his friends

Apearance: Silver fur with black stripes on spines and tail, Green eyes,
Trade mark huge nose, Has a SEGA! Tatoo on his leg, always has a
back-pack in wich he stores his tools and weapons

Height: 4'3

I'll take you on since it's going to be a while before more people sign up for my tourniment.

I'll be using Inferno for my character, and I'll choose the battlefield for this fight since you didn't really specify a battlefield, the battlefield will be the ruins of Flair's village in the fire region of Planet Draco.

it had been five years since the destruction of the village by the dragon slayers, it had been five years since her death, and it had been five years since Inferno unlocked his power within.

a semi-muscular man approached the burned out village ruins. he had spikey crimson hair, orange skin similar in color to a soft flame, amber eyes which burned with a passion for battle, a kind yet strong face, blood red horns of a dragon, crimson claws of a dragon at the tips of his fingers, the crimson wings of a Dragon folded to his back, the feet of a dragon and two tails, one tail was that of a dragon and the other, was the tail of a monkey which wrapped around his waist like a belt. the only clothing this dragon hybrid wore was a pair of blue-jean shorts tattered at the end of the pant legs.

the hybrid looked over the ruins of the village, the homes of innocents still charred and blackened from the fires of the dragon slayers. the burned corpes of the murdered half dragons of this village, while decayed a little, still remained undisturbed. men, women, children, none were spared in the raid. Inferno approached the ruins at the end of the main street of the village and walked inside to the shrine he had made for Flair, his girlfriend who was also murdered on that day. he focused to the tip of his finger and a flame danced on kis finger tip. he touched the candles at his shrine for Flair and lit them before blowing the flame on his finger out.

Inferno knelt before his shrine and looked but Flair's picture was gone, someone was here and they had disturbed Flair's shrine. Inferno quickly got to his feet and looked around for an Intruder.

Inferno: who dare defiles this hallowed ground! show yourself now!

The field of battle.
Quite literally what the name suggest. A simple field. Short or not so short grass as far as the eye can see, perhaps a few trees at random intervals. It has a peaceful empty vibe to it. Generally considered the default battlefield.

As well, it's probably best if you make your posts more than one sentence. It's fine if they are only, say, one paragraph, but try to keep it above one sentence.

well how was I supposed to know that? all he said was "the battlefield" I didn't know what he meant, besides I never look in those books anyway he should have described it in his entrance so that I knew where this was. now I have to go back and edit my post to fit with "the battlefield." but IMHO, I think a first battle should take place in a, I dunno, more exciting setting than just a grassy field with a few trees.

I see no need Inferno's areana choice seems much better

As Speed looked around the burnt ruins he sensed another being, He quickly began useing his Chaos Powers to search this creature out. He pin pointed it's location and began making it's way towerd the general area. He stealthaly came up behind the Lizard-Monkey cross bread and drew his Katana sword.

Speed: It's show time you Fire Emblem reject!

and with that luanched a Chaos Spear that narrowly missed Inferno's head...

Inferno quickly moved his head out of the way and faced the hedgehog drawing his enchanted katana from its sheath. Flames then covered the blade as Inferno glared at the hedgehog. Inferno carefully approached the hedgehog with his sword ready to counter.

Inferno: so, you're the tresspasser to this hallowed ground. okay, I'l let you in on something, I'm a dragon/saiyan hybrid, now just give back Flair's picture and I'll let you leave with your life.

Speed:I can not do that I have a bounty on any dragon in any form, so I'm afraid you and your girl friends photo are coming with me

Speed jumped forward and attemted to stab Inferno who dodged and countered with his Fire-Katana, Speed leapt away and began luanching Fire Balls mercilessly

Inferno simply smirked as the fireballs hit him causing no damage but actually making him stronger. Inferno then channeled the excess fire energy into his sword and jammed his sword into the ground, causing a column of flames to errupt from the ground around him and travle at a blinding speed towards the hedgehog, engulfing speed in flames before he could react. Speed let go of the picture of Flair as he was knocked back from the fire tower. the picture skidded along the ground and stopped at Inferno's feet. Inferno picked up the picture and set it up in the shrine again, sheathing his sword and turning to speed afterwards.

Inferno: you know, it was five years ago to this date that your employers murdered everyone in this village and burned it to the ground. It was also on this day that they murdered Flair. This is sacred land bounty hunter, you have no right to be here, especially if you are working for dragon slayers.

Inferno's hands became covered in dragonfire as he approached the hedgehog.

Inferno: this is your last warning bounty hunter, leave this place or I will be forced to fight you.

Speed: I'm sorry I pity your race I really do but I have my own agenda.
I don't want to do this but CHAOS BLAST!

The young hedgehog channeled the near endless supply of dark power towards the dragon, engulfing him in a circle of raw energy he then ceased its power and with barely a thought and the words "Chaos Control" the dragon was momentarily paralyzed.

Speed: now it's time to DIE!

Speed drew his Katana and advanced on his frozen opponent

OOC: hang on a sec, that's not how those work, chaos blast is an explosion of chaos energy from a chaos emerald that damages whatever is caught within the blast. and chaos controll teleports you through the power of a chaos emerald, now it may seem like time has stopped when it's used but that's only because you're traveling at light spead or close to it. just so you know for future battles it's not necessarily a good idea to change the properties of pre-existing moves like these.

Inferno smirked as Speed attempted to bring the blade down, a wall of flames shot up from the ground and knocked the katana out of Speed's hands. Inferno broke free of the chaos binding and leapt through the wall of flames, knocking speed to the ground with a powerful dragonfire punch. Inferno then looked down at the hedgehog and gribbed him by the wrist, lifting him into the air.

Inferno: what reason could you have to work for those murderers!

OOC: thanks for pointing that out not only does that help me at gunjin the sonic series makes a heck of alot more sense to me now

Speed: I don't believe it's any of your god damn buisness who I work for and why. I have motives and that should be good enougth for you.
CHAOS CONTROL!

Speed warped from Inferno's grasp and quickly recovered his sword. with a flick of his wrist he flicked the sword at Inferno very nearly impaling his neck but missing and hitting his shoulder.

Speed:Your wounded please I wish not to continue fighting I'm sure my employer would take mercy on you please come quietly

Inferno pulled the sword from his sholder and tossed it to the ground, barely flenching when he did this.

Inferno: I will not surrender to a dog who serves the dragon slayers. if you were even half the hero that your parents and mentors were you'd be fighting against the dragon slayers instead of working for them. you sicken me Speed and you are a discrase to those who raised you for turning your back on their teachings.

Inferno's hair turns gold and stands up, his eyes turn aqua blue and golden ki flames surround him. in an instant Inferno had appeared behind speed and kicked him into the air. Inferno appeard beside him again and elbowed him towards the outskirts of the city and teleported again, smashing him with his fists to the ground below. Inferno heald his his his hand above him and gathered up a ball of fire energy infused with dragonfire. he then aimed the ball at the hedgehog and fired a beam of dragonfire infused fire energy at speed. The beam was rapidly approachingthe downed hedgehog as it super heated the air around it, ignighting he air as it decended.

Speed quickly created a Chaos Shield and deflected the Dragon Fire

Speed: Damn you Dragon-Man you crossed a line there's something bigger then You or Me. The Dragon Slayers made me an offer that I could not refuse, The sins they have committed will be punished but in due time, but I need there power to defeat a greater evil the evil that killed my Parents,
The greatest evil to ever grace Anime, Games or VGF the evil I devoted my life to stopping at all cost.
So don't you judge or ridicule me or my mentors you basterd!

Speed ran forward and began luanching Chaos Torrents at Inferno
faster then the Dragon could dodge.

Inferno quickly put up a flame barrier which deflected the chaos spears. He watches as Speed's rage takes over, his barage not stopping. Inferno glared at him from within the barrier. about an hour passes and Speed has stopped his barrage.

Inferno: how many have died because of your actions speed, how many innocent half-dragons have died at the hands of either you or the slayers because of you working for them. were any of them like me with two tails?

Speed: This is my first job with the slayers and to tell you friggen truth I haven't even seen a two tailed dragon before you, you half freak basterd.

Speed still in his rage leapt forward with his sword in one hand his hammer in the other and began swinging at inferno like a madman

ssj Inferno leapt over Speed and kicked him in the back of the head, sending him flying forward and skidding in the dirt. as speed got up he wan knocked down by a powerful punch from his opponen't fist, knocking the wind out of speed.

Inferno: I'm sorry for your loss Speed, I knew your parents well before their passing, and I worked closely with Samaus on several of my adventures but the deaths of your parents is no excuse to join those Dragon Slayers. I hope you realize that when they're done with you that they'll just kill you. They can't be trusted, they work with the magic hunters of the desert human tribe who have sworn to destroy any and all magical creatures on this world so that only they are leaft. As the crown prince of all dragon-kind and future ruler of this world when my father hands methe crown, I can't let that happen! now do I need to knock some more sense into you or are you going to quit working for those dragon slayers?

Inferno looked sternly at Speed with his arms crossed waiting for speed to make his move.
