well, in the anime "Yu-Gi-Oh!" when someone summons a monster the monster appears as an actual creature. like say I were to summon the dark magician, the dark magician would appear on the battlefield between us ready to battle whatever monster you summon.

OOC: well on the yu-gi-oh site it says they can still be used in basic duels, the color of the cards has nothing to do with it. besides, I've memorized the effects of all the god cards plus you still have to tribute 3 monsters just to get them on the field. but once they are out on the field not much can stop them. but they can be defeated with cards like reigeki and dark hole that have no way to be counter with out the specific card to counter them (anti-rigeki and white hole). but seing as how they're so powerfull I'm surprised Exodia wasn't outlawed in america too.

ooc: obilesk. now I'll have to switch out my other two and this one for a red eyes, a blue eyes, and a dark magician, but I didn't know the Gods were outlawed in basic duel too. I'll have to reconfigure my stratagy now. you should have said that in the beginning.
