Victory was so close, Plasma could taste it. But he knew that if he didn't get a move on right away, then that taste would be replaced with the taste of the sea.
Quickly, Plasma leaped off the shattering glass, and began to hover in the air. A sly smile crossed his face as he narrowly dodged Kaden's blasts. However, a message in his head changed that smile upside down.
Hover Ability Out of Energy. Hover Ability Auto-Shut Down Activate. Hover Ability will be back in a few moments.
Plasma suddenly dropped. Soon, he saw the sea, it's blue waters smoothly running. He also Kaden, who was close to falling into the blue depths. An idea entered his head. He twisted his remaining pistol a bit, and it morphed into a small, metallic gray orb, which he tossed in Kaden's direction. On it's way, it began to flash red, slowly at first, then quicker and quicker...
Kaden had splashed into the sea, and was trying to swim along it's waves, when suddenly an orb dropped from the sky. It floated on the water next to her, flashing red. She then noticed something alarming: it was beginning to flash the red color faster and faster, until...
Another smile crossed Plasma's face as he watched an explosion erupt from the orb. He quickly braced himself for the impact by pulling his arms up to cover his face and chest. He suspected that he may have been victorious, though he had a feeling that his opponent was still around...

*Kaden washed ashore on a small island*
Kaden: hehe....I can't.....move....Salvia's gonna kill me....
*Before Plasma hit the ground he suddenly appeared in the World Tower again. He looked around to see some newer statues alongside some skeletons that have only been there a few days. Plasma also felt recharged from the last 2 battles strangly. Plasma opened the door to the 3rd floor.
On the sign was:
Floor 3:
Young Buddhists...
This makes ME wonder how old Plasma is, is he YOUNG....naaaaah
Plasma opened the door and prepared for what was behind the door...
*ZIIIIIIIIING!*
Plasma saw the white dissappear to reveal.....
A city
Plasma looked for any sign of life
The only thing he saw standing was a sign that said "Capital City"
Plasma looked everywhere for his opponent only to feel hard iron against his neck
It was a gun*
Patterson: You're under arrest for crimes against Capital City
*Tommy Patterson held his gun, ready to fire
Plasma noticed a shield like aura around him*
OoC: To let you know. Patterson has a bullet shield. And any projectile less explosive than a bazooka won't damage him. Plasma senses this so it's ok to tell you

OoC: ...yeah. The laziness.
"Looks like I'll have to go hand to hand for this battle." Plasma thought, scanning the area, and his opponent. "Bring it on!" he finally said, waving his hand at Patterson. Milliseconds after he taunted the officer, bullets fired out of Patterson's gun.
Plasma immediately tried to cockily jump out of the way, but one of the bullets caught onto his leg, disabling his hover ability. As the officer reloaded his rifle, Plasma pulled out his laser-blade, and charged toward him. When bullets fired out of his gun once again, Plasma leaped out of the way, and managed to scrape his opponent's arm with his blade.
"This officer will be a tad tougher, seeing as I can't take him out with his pistols like I've done in the past, but I'll manage..." Plasma thought, leaping away from his enemy.

*Patterson looked at his opponent, he already knew that Plasma caught on to his barrier.
He put away his rifle, and pulled out a machine gun*
Patterson: Scum like you cannot win!
*Plasma knew that Patterson was gonna fire at him. Plasma ran and hid behind a rock before Patterson Fired.
Patterson.....well, fired.
Plasma seemed safe for now....
Until he saw one bullet go THROUGH THE ROCK.*

*Does the Moonwalk*
Divine Tower- This tower was said to be used to worship a Highly Powerful God. The pictures seem to point towards a Christian Religion, but the blood inside should say otherwise. Despite the blood staining the walls, there is a somewhat holy atmosphere that exists throught the tower. Jibrille has commanded that if you reach the top you will get a wish....however it must benefit the forces of good in some way
While this tower is tempting, there are 8 other towers to choose from, are you sure you want this tower? (Saying yes means you can't go back until you finish/fail/not post for 2 weeks)
OoC: If Nameless Author says yes, X-3 WILL have 2 weeks until I kick him out.

OoC: -_- Oh yeah, like I understand what book means. Imbalanced?
------------------------------------
Rimin walked towards the Divine Tower, he opened the door and looked through the lobby, he saw various images of war, and Sacrifice, it did (maybe) not bother him as he walked up the stairs
Unlike the others, these floors were not labled, just....there....
Rimin got to the door, and opened the door....
SHHHOOOOOOOOM was all Rimin heard
He then saw a town, filled with rotten fruit, and dying animals. The Townsfolk were sleeping and have been sleeping for 5 Years, unknown to anyone else. Rimin knew he couldn't do anything about it though, just wait for his opponent*
???: So, you're the guy, hm?
*Rimin turned to see a Green Hedgehog, with a touch of Black of his Forehead*
Ashura: Ashura Chaos is the name.....Let's Rumble.
*Rimin got ready to fight this creature*

((A little tidbit that shows which one of the books I'm writing that this character is from. In this case, he's from Imbalanced. Other titles include Second Ragnarok, OMG the Saga, Puddle Jumper, etc.))
“This place is one of sanctity. Yet there are no guards to keep commoners out?”
Rimin walked along the only path, heading through the tower. As he ascended the first flight of stairs, he adjusted the split earth-tone mask on his face. Its cover concealed the entire left side of his face, except for the mouth. He would not be able to take it off until he acquired the second half. This was law.
Tanned skin rippled with barely concealed muscle, a trademark of any Arm of Shin. The shinsa was strapped to his side, the peculiar weapon drawing most attention. It had a black handle, slightly curved. It was not a normal hilt though. The most like comparison would be that of a knife. A silver blade four inches wide curved gracefully four feet up. While this was not strange in and of itself, near the tip was another black handle, set into the blade itself. Wielded correctly, one could hold that handle and give the weapon incredible force. It was a sacred weapon, wielded by the First Avatar, Shin, gifted to him by the gods themselves.
His clothes were a little different from standard Arm gear, but still had many similarities. For one thing, a massive brown cloak wrapped around his entire body to conceal the medium-class armor underneath. Only his arms and face were visible. When he engaged in battle, the cloak would come off and reveal darkly colored pieces of sanctified armor, pieces that had been blessed in the eyes of the gods. Though having no inner power of their own, they were easily at least three times as strong as identical armor of their class.
He stopped in front of a door and didn’t hesitated to push it open.
SHOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Rimin stood in a desert town. And continued to walk. All around him were dead and dying animals, rotting fruit, and sleeping townspeople. He knew they were sleeping, because he knelt by one and felt for a pulse. He quickly drew back a smoking gauntlet as the incredibly powerful enchantment conflicted with the magic nature of the armor. There was no real damage done, but he knew they were beyond his help. He must press onward.
“So, you're the guy, hm?”
Rimin turned around. If his foe was not one to strike from the back, he saw no need to draw his weapon just yet.
There before his eyes was a green animal with black on its forehead. It had a spiky back and beady eyes. Never before had he encountered such a thing, and he was at a loss for a minute. Not to mention the thing was half the size of the man.
“Ashura Chaos is the name. Let's rumble.”
Rimin made no expression and simply said, “If that is what you wish. The desire for combat has been issued, and I am now honor-bound to see it through.” He pulled the cloak off and revealed the earth-tone armor. The shinsa was in his hand as he lowered its flat tip at the hedgehog, “Per the Code, as set down by the First Avatar, any challenge made against an Avatar is to be treated as to the death only if they react to the Messenger.”
The Arm of Shin pointed his weapon at the hedgehog. It stayed silent and he drew it back in. “As I expected from a holy place. Now, we may begin.”
Without warning he thrust the shinsa into the ground, sending lightning-fast waves through it like it was water. Ashura narrowed his eyes as he realized that to run in these kind of conditions was just asking to be tripped up and rendered vulnerable for precious moments. He kicked off the ground and onto a building. Rimin drew his shinsa out of the ground and the ripples stopped.
He drew back, slowly, until the blade was as far back as his arm allowed. “Heed my call, my power, my gift. Raise your fangs and devour.” The blade swept forward, followed by a fierce onslaught of rock and sand that rocketed towards the hedgehog, threatening to envelop him in a maelstrom that would crush his body if caught.

*Ashura knew that he had to run, and he did just that. He hopped from building to building, dodging the rocks, until they all were gone.
Then he saw the opening he was looking for and quickly jumped towards Rimin. Ashura tried to kick him, but only got Rimin's Weapon shoved in his face. Ashura was knocked several feet into a store.*
Ashura: ....what the....EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! EW! AH! BLECH!
*Ashura slammed into some very rotten fruit, and he was not only in it, but saw it and smelled it. Ashura rolled around the ground over and over until only that smell remained. Ashura's nose dulled the smell a bit, but he knew it was there.*
Rimin: Are you ready?
Ashura:.....
*Ashura disappeared, then he reappeared behind Rimin and gave him a swift kick, sending him into the air. Ashura then jumped and hit Rimin with a homing attack, however this was blocked by his weapon. Yet this did not stop Rimin from barreling toward a nearby inn*

He is fast. But not very strong. If I could trap him, this fight would most likely be ended.
Rimin effortlessly shoved the shinsa forward and repelled his foe into a store. He checked the surface of the weapon while Ashura rolled on the ground, letting out loud exclamations of disgust. His blade had no mark. Not unusual, he had only met one person capable of bending his weapon in half like it was paper. Being a half-dragon girl during her time of month had helped enormously, but to almost tear a sacred weapon apart was incredible in any circumstances.
The Arm noticed a lack of movement and focused once more on the green hedgehog, now clean of the rotten fruit he had been tossed into. He paid no mind to the glare he was receiving and said, “Are you ready?”
What came next was a surprise. The animal vanished and Rimin felt a pressure in his back that lifted him upward. He swept the shinsa and spun with its momentum. A loud clang deflected the hedgehog, who had used some kind of speed technique, and sent Rimin flying from the transferred momentum.
“Not bad,” he said, spinning towards an inn already damaged from the earlier barrage. As he fell towards the structure, he gripped the shinsa tighter. “Fang of the earth, rend.” He swung the weapon and struck the inn.
A fountain of stone and dirt erupted into the air, concealing the inn from view. The rising earth formed an impenetrable curtain of stone. And then it fell. An enormous dust cloud rose to conceal sight once more. When that finally dispersed, the inn was gone, slowly being pulled under by quicksand.
As Ashura looked around, trying to tell where his foe would come from. Then he felt the gauntletted hand close around his ankle, coming from the ground. The earth around him dissolved into quicksand and began to suck the hedgehog under. He tried to run, but with Rimin’s strong grip it was impossible. He was quickly sucked in to the waist, the greedy ground trying to devour him whole.
Rimin launched out of the sand and sank his shinsa into it. The fine earth transformed to solid rock, holding Ashura’s legs and hip in place. Rimin stood over the creature. “I believe that this fight is over. But if you can free yourself, then please do so. If not, kindly show the path I must take to further ascend this tower and I will release you.”

*Ashura tried to move as much as he could, but it didn't work, he was stuck*
Ashura: What?!.....Dang it.....Well, you got me.
*As soon as Ashura said that, the area flashed white and Rimin was once again in the tower. He looked around to see various skulls but no blood. Obviously a place to put the bodies, but why? No one but the priests that worked here knew, and no on else reached the 5th floor and lived. And that was before Jibirille put the portals in. Rimin walked towards the stairs and started to ascend slowly so he would not tire himself out (Unless you don't like that, then I'll change it). Rimin finally reached the 2nd floor and opened the door*
*RRRRRRRIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGG*
*When the ringing stopped, the warrior was in a forest. Magic was everywhere and it was so thick you could see it.
Rimin has entered the Precursor Forest
Rimin did not have any more time to look around has he suddenly saw the
Magic dissapate, then he heard a loud and powerful voice*
Kal: You are tresspassing on the royal Land, leave or be executed outright.
*Rimin only turned towards the voice*
Rimin: I don't think so.
*Kal was in heavy armor, chain pants, Armored Boots, and holding a long sword. His helmet, unlike the rest of his silver body, was gold with a ruby on the forehead*
Kal:.....Ok, BUT......you were warned.
*Kal jumped onto a tree, almost breaking it in two and took off, obviously going to try splitting Rimin in two*

As Ashura admitted defeat, Rimin bowed. When he stood back up, the room and animal had vanished. He was back in the tower. The shinsa was strapped back to his side.
“Nine more foes. I will not fail.”
Rimin picked up his cloak and tucked it into his pack. He gazed at the white skulls all around, though no blood was present. “A sacred place. I will not disturb it.” He found the stairs and slowly walked upwards again. He reached the second floor and pushed open the door.
He now stood in a lush forest, heavy with magic. He could feel it pervading him, so plentiful that he felt he could perform far more powerful techniques here than elsewhere. But he would not use a ballista when the slingshot sufficed. He stepped forward onto the emerald grass. The airborne magic fled, but Rimin could still feel its presence all around. This forest was incredible, almost like the Genesis Glade back in his homeland.
“You are trespassing on royal land. Leave or be executed outright.” The voice was deep and powerful, but Rimin was unphased. Hazel eyes turned in the direction he heard the voice.
“I will not. What I seek is beyond this forest, and none shall stop me,” he said, drawing the shinsa.
Before him was a heavily armor-clad warrior almost entirely in silver, save for the helm, which was gold with a crimson gem on its forehead. In his hands was a longsword. Not the weapon Rimin would expect of one so heavily armored, but to each their own.
“...Ok. BUT! You were warned.” The warrior jumped onto a tree, the trunk cracking in two with a sound like a gunshot, and he launched towards Rimin. The Arm gripped his shinsa with both hands, one on the handle at the top, and placed it into defensive position. “Fang of the earth, rend.”
The knight’s sword connected with his own weapon, and Rimin shot into the earth. The ground parted to allow him passage as his momentum decreased. Hopefully the fact that his foe had just seemingly been thrust into the ground was enough to surprise the warrior, because he was about to get another one. Rimin swung his shinsa downward and released a battering ram of mud from the wet ground from behind the knight. If he was caught by it, it would inflict blunt damage as well as encasing him in the mud. If he became fully covered, the fight would be over much the same way as Rimin’s last opponent had lost.
His armor affords him far more protection against rock, but all that weight will play against him. I will be subtle. Perhaps I could use the quicksand again if this trap fails. He’s certainly heavy enough to sink quickly.

*Kal suddenly noticed the wave of mud behind him. He only had a little amount of time to either get away or block it. He started to speak an incantation, a basic one but it got the job done. Kal started to glow white, and just let the mud hit him.*
Kal:.......Child's Play.....If that's all you have, you should kneel and let me kill you, it'll be faster....
*Kal emerged from the mud without even so much as a speck of dirt on him. He then uttered another incantation, causing his sword to get longer and also curved the edge, giving it a saber look. Kal stared at Rimin, then suddenly he was right in front of Rimin.*
Rimin:....Interesting....
Kal: You mean amazing
*Kal slashed at Rimin*
