Yes, I await the victor of this battle.

For I wish to fight them.

Or maybe both of them.

After reading threw this a few time, then three times in a row... I got nothin'. Seriously. Nothing. This drives the point further in me that I cannot be a proper judge, at least when it gets to this level. You both win? 9s? Something in there wasn't perfect, I think... so... yeah...
When our world is burning.
When all run like the cowards they are.
I shall stand in the inferno, and fight until I am consumed

I won't bother with numbers, since it seems it has been left on my shoulders to declare a victor. Instead, I will just offer an explanation about this dance.

While this might as well have been a battle of the Gods, for Fallen Star to casually return to the fight after only popping her knee back into place seemed so anticlimatic. A complete lack of response, which I understand is just how the character is seen to behave, but there was little to no point made to account for damages taken. There was no ingenious solution to be able to continue fighting; she just got back up and continued on without a care in the world.

You both wrote with great exchange. I feel that when we get down to the epic final battle, there needs to be that tit-for-tat writing, to fully appreciate the quality of warriors. Some people prefer to stay away from writing the reactions of their opponent at all, but that goes on to hinder the writer because once they've delivered the bulky attack for that "turn", they need to stop and wait for a reply. You both showed a strength in this aspect, to include a big flurry of fighting in the middle of the post, building it up, before serving something harder.

In the end, for me this has come down to the damage. Phenom gave more, and reacted better to what he received. Neither of you out-wrote the other, and the attacks themselves were standard.

Congratulations to you, Selene and Phenom, for getting this far and putting on a hell of a show.

Phen, the Deadman has always suited you best. ;)

Congratulations on winning the 12th NLBFT, mister Phenom Vendetta.
Nonsense, I have not yet begun to defile myself.
