I've never heard about the Hyrule battlfied before, but from what has been said about it here I wish I had been able to fight in it.Although I think I joined vgf too late for that.

Hey.....anybody remember Skyescreamer or DarkStarr? Skye came around sporadically but DarkStarr popped up several times (notably in the Last Stand of the Hyrule Battlefield Veterans, harbinger of the battlefield's Golden Age of Prosperity)

Want to know what's kept me off?
October 2002, I lost all internet connections. I moved from my cozy home-life in Hants, to Berks, with my dad. That turned out to be a big mistake, so I made my move here to the Midlands. On my own. Still without internet even now (this is a library), I can only watch most things.
After trying to write a story which I want to get off my head... it became apparent that interest was nonexistant. I've been asking around, but nobody seems to care. So that dragged me down. Someone made a very apt point about working on the character instead of the plot. And that's when I remembered...
Hyrule Battlefield.
That was where it began. And it will continue from there. Hopefully. Rather than asking Fryguy, asking LIL bro is probably a better idea. After all the files would be there, not with Fryguy.
But so far no luck.
While I work on this new little character, Chibionna, I began trying to remember some of the others. Order: Chibi, Aqua, Kojiro, Tama. One born of magic, two of Link, one of Tenchi. ^^; Busy mama. But I can't for the life of me remember the Zoratwin names.
I also didn't keep the attacks *shock horror* but I'm slowly remembering some of those, too. Though if I really got stuck on those I could bat these eyelashes made to bat in LTS's direction and look up so sweetly it'd be hard to resist.
But I'll try to get my memory to work, first.
Anyway, now I've bored you with that, I'll leave you with a little something I decided to do to wrap this up quick:

Another Vets vs. newbies?! Oooh, gosh, after the last one? Nah, I'll pass on that.
Though I do have an idea in my mind. I won't come to it yet. Guess who's in the staute?
Ahh, I thought some of the references which popped up were quite funny, hence the sudden bursts of laughter. ^_^ I like laughing, but it's better mixed with the thoughts of "Do they know yet?!" and whatnot. Great fun. ^_^ But anyway, yesh, this is the original Zora name under a different SN. ^_^ Good fun.
But yeah.
Anyway, I want to get a nice little adventure going, get something to unlock what's hiding in my head. That's always the best way to get it out. ^_^
