((Both of yas. Rep's absolutely right. I've already given a time and place to throw down with t3hdarkness. Sorry to all for not posting regularly, been out of town.))
Grimacing against the battering his body had taken inside the armor he wore, he gazed up at his opponent with steeled determination. It was a whole new ball game now, and she obviously had the upper hand. Correction: hands. With a psionic leap, the Quantum sprang from its sheath, shining in what little light filtered through the clouds like a handheld lightning bolt. Its master flew into the air on an evasive path out of his opponent's impressive range. He had to dodge a few thrusts of spidery limbs on the way, and deflect a few more with his sword, but in the end, he managed to get some breathing room.
Damn. This is nothing but David and Goliath. I've got ways to destroy stone, but they either take too long, or aren't going to do much by themselves. As he thought this, he replaced his blade and brought his ring to bear once more. Instead of a large blast like last time, he began flying just out of her range, harrying his enormous foe with low-power bursts. Pockets appeared where pebbles and dust flew from, but they weren't enough to even slow her down.
Think Acradius! How have you taken care of stone before? Almost unbidden to his mind came a crystal-clear picture. The pale-skinned Lord of the Vampires had hit him with so much force that he crashed through solid granite pilliars, deep in the caves of the Mines of Moria. He was able to summon enough psionic power to blast himself out, but what happened between then... Oh hells... Not something I want to be doing, but it doesn't seem I have a choice. Alright then, time to get ugly.
The ring lost its hot blue glow as one Acradius Journeyman charged full-speed at his titantic foe. His sword was still sheathed. What he was doing was nigh-suicidal. This had better work!

Before Acradius could reach the stone figure, it began crumbling as the towering thing let herself fall forward. Shattered pieces rained and crashed into him. In a mere instant he was reacquainted with the ground and almost buried in dirt, stone, wines, roots, and lord knows what else. He rose his head, the only thing he could move without great effort at the moment, at a particular sound. Giggling. Leona was standing there, a hand gently over her cheek giggling at him. Thoroughly amused.
The earth heaved and threw him in the air and clear from the debrie. Straight into a pit, a spiked trip. Freshly molded with ease, and a rather large amount of earth coming straight down after him. The time warrior affirmed what he had thought since the start. She was toying with him, like a child playing with it's food. Her smile was the last thing he saw before walls of stone shot straight up, imprisoning him between enough earth to force him down, and sharp pointed rocks. Her soft laughter echoed in those stone walls.

When our world is burning.
When all run like the cowards they are.
I shall stand in the inferno, and fight until I am consumed

Well, that particular maneuver didn't work very well... He actually paused in his thinking, with his entire nervous system screaming in agony and all. But perhaps... it can serve my purposes after all... Although in his travels, out of everyone who was a challenge, he was still the most human he could recall fighting. Many were something more... or something less. But it didn't truly matter. All that mattered was power once you got to his level. And though the Time Warrior was still technically human at the core, he had many things that put him above and beyond his base form. One of the greatest offsets he had was his incredible Psionic ability. Shortly after he developed his mental prowess, he trained his mind to only accept a certain amount of pain, so that he could still function in a situation like this. But that's one thing he wasn't interested in right now. Concentrating for a split second, he shut off his numbness and embraced the sensation of having his body both crushed and impaled at the same time. The flame of agony burned through his body like a brushfire on a windy day, and within seconds, the earth and stone faded into the inky blackness of unconciousness, lulled to sleep by the sound of her laughing voice.
And one other thing that set him apart... Acradius Journeyman never slept...
It was there. It was there like it always was. Haunting him. Haunting him like it did every time he slept after it happened. Like every time it did when he blacked out. As soon as he embraced the darkness that was the dreaming world, it was there. Like a movie that he was an actor in, but could never diverge from the script. She kneeled. Like a flower closing its buds for the night. Looking up from the balcony, he saw the dark figure. The wicked curve of his blade... the spreading of his long, white hair... the light being blocked out by his seemingly all-encompasing black cloak. He knew what was going to happen. He had seen it hundreds, thousands of times. Yet he looked on, for that was all he could do. And with a silent scream, he returned to the waking world...
The explosion was felt in three provinces of France. It was heard in London. Half the world who just happened to be looking skyward at the time saw the flash of white light as a berserk Time Warrior unleashed the full force of his mind upon the earth around him. The crater would later be named 'Angel's Strike', due to his stunt with Joan of Arc earlier that day. People will begin making pilgrimages to the place where, supposedly, Heaven sent a single warrior to free the holy girl from Orleans, and then went to make war upon the very gates of Hell. But right now, a very religiously-uninclined Time Warrior surveyed the 100-foot sphere of annihilation he had created. With a long, calming breath, he reached out again with his mind, trying to locate the woman of the earth.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
The earth shifted beneath the Time warriors feet. Then a little away, and everywhere else for that matter. A good fifteen feet away, Leona rose. Her arms were bare, and her pants ended at her knees. Aside from the bruising, and burns on her now nearly flawless skin where indications of any harm. Until three of her tentacles fell off. Second and fifth fro the top left, and the lowest of the right. A loud groan came from bequeath him, and it was repeated and echoed in uncountable voices mixing together in perfect harmony. He looked down and saw the dozens of arms reach out and pulling themselves out from the ground. Each with a head with glowing red eyes attached. They voices came again, the single almost intelligible groan now perfectly audible.
BRRRAAAAAIIIIIINNNNSSS
They stretched out of the ground fully and all clambered slowly towards Acradius. Dragging, limping, and shuffling feet brought upraised arms and drooling mouths towards him.
Slash. Trust. Slice. Bash. Cut. Chop. Punch. Kick. Swing.
They all fell like the weak undead they were. The stench of decay wrapped itself around him, filled his nostrils and made him sick to his stomach. He shot a questioning look towards the woman. Why would she waste any energy whatsoever on these went none had even scratch him. The best they had done was limit his mobility by being nothing but a pile around him. Leona smiled at him. A smile that only meant one thing. This was going hurt, and he had no idea from where it would come from. The build up of heat was the only warning he got.
*Insert corpse explosion sound effect here.*
Scalding human bile coved him as each corpse exploded right at his feet. Bones and flesh pounded into him from every side, the raw combustion of the methane and other such gases released in decomposition burnt at him, the force pushed him forward, then back, then to the sides each time one or another explosion that showering him with liquid hot human remains, as well as not so liquid remains.
Once it ceased, the final one pushed his unbalanced self forward, straight into a pit. It was a shallow thing he found himself kneeling in. Solid stone and about six feet tall and four wide. He looked up about to simply fly out, when freezing water fell on him. Gallons upon gallon at great force until the pit was filed. The cold more then anything shocked him to his feet, head well above water. The muck washed off him easily, and the earth heaved him out of the pit just to fall flat on his face a few feet away. It closed behind him.
Acradius looked up and stared right into a crouching Leona's eyes. Dark green with that red glow around it now filling half her whites. She laughed softly once again at his expression.
"I can't have my meal spoiled by filth now can I?"
Her foot caught him in the armored ribs before he could move and flip him on his back a few feet away. More to herself out of his arms reach then anything else.
She licked her lips waiting for him to get up. His blood was rushing threw his veins, adrenaline was fueling him, that wonderful psionic power was flowing more powerfully then ever. To most, it meant Acradius was more of threat then ever. To Leona, it only enhanced the flavor.
