Psychonauts

Well well, here is a game that the X-Box needed for a long time...
Psychonauts is a highly original platformer that is from the mind of the creator of Day of the Tentical and Grim Fandango.
Before this game was released, the X-Box consisted almost entierly of FPS and Halo Clones.
Anyways, on with the rewiew...
Graphics
No, these are not photo realistic, these graphics are art, the world of Psychonauts is beautiful, from the almost neon colored world of an artist's mind, to a topsy turvy (Literaly!) neghborhood consiting of "Rainbow Squirts" and Secret Agents from a parinoid security guard's mind, the worlds you enter are fantastic, a perfect example where a game with cartoony graphic can be just as beautiful as a game like Halo 2.
Gameplay
The gameplay is top-notch and solid, giving away platforming goodness that has not been seen since the glorious 2-D days of Mario. Using phycic powers are both fun and entertaining, just try saying your not havin fun when you can burn a bear with your mind!
Level design
Every Single Level (Mind) is fun to play in and are well themed. (A man who thinks he is neopolion's mind is one big stratagy game, a failed atresses' mind is one big theater.)There are many secrets in each level to find, including valuts that show deep, dark secrets about
a person's past. (For example, Coach Oliander says he is a well respected war veteran, but it turns out he was too fat and short to be accepted in any military acadamy.)
Story
By far the best part of the game, the story is exteramly funny and well thought out, every single character is well played and well voiced. (Raz's voice is done by the guy who voiced Zim!) And you just gotta love Dr. Loboto, by far the funnyest character in the game.
Overall
9.9 out of 10
